One motorist was stopped as he was driving on the A4 hard shoulder towards Esch-sur-Alzette. Officers confirmed his intoxication and issued a fine, as well as confiscating his licence.
Later, at 4.30am, another motorist was reported at the Aire de Berchem services. When police searched his car, they found a joint. The man was given a fine following a positive drugs test.
