Emergency services report a car collision into a rock on rue de Mersch in Larochette shortly after 10 pm on Friday.
According to the report, no one was injured. An ambulance and the local fire brigade were sent to the scene. The circumstances of the accident have not yet been determined.
Almost two hours later, a car caught fire at the Gasperich junction on the A3 motorway, in the direction Berchem. The fire brigades of Luxembourg City and Roeser were called to the scene, as was an ambulance. Fortunately, no one was injured.
Lastly, a chimney fire required the attention of the fire brigade of Wiltz at around 8.30 pm on Friday. The fire was extinguished soon thereafter.
