Across the whole year there has been an increase of around 20%, leading to 3,000 more jobseekers than last year.
The unemployment rate remains steady at 6.3%.
The number of people receiving unemployment benefits has also risen by 20% compared to 2019, with 9,596 people claiming benefits. 4,067 people are part of an employment initiative.
During the month of October, the National Employment Agency (ADEM) declared 2,968 vacant posts.
