The victim was hit by a car around 9.20pm on rue du Brill in Foetz. Esch's emergency response team was at the scene and transported the lightly injured man to the hospital.
On the bright side, it was an unusually quiet Saturday night on Luxembourg's roads. No other incident was reported by police.
