Formed in London in the early 2000s, Razorlight became one of the UK indie rock scene's most prominent acts. They are best known for their energetic, guitar-driven sound and catchy melodies.
The band's breakthrough came with their critically acclaimed self-titled album in 2006, which topped the UK Albums Chart and produced a number of hit singles that came to define mid-2000s indie rock.
Their success extended beyond the UK, making them a fixture of the European festival circuit and one of the most recognisable names of the mid-2000s indie rock boom.
Their catalogue includes some of the most recognisable indie rock tracks of the decade.
Songs such as America, In the Morning, Golden Touch and Before I Fall to Pieces became staples of the era, combining driving guitar riffs with melodic choruses to create an upbeat sound with a slightly rough edge that was unmistakably indie.

Led by frontman Johnny Borrell, the band enjoyed widespread success throughout the 2000s before taking a decade-long hiatus. They have since returned to touring, reconnecting with long-time fans and introducing their music to a new generation of listeners.
Those attending the their show on Tuesday, 10 November at den Atelier can expect a setlist built around the band's best-known material, performed with the energy and nostalgia that have become hallmarks of their recent live shows.
