Flats are the main housing units being built. Besides Luxembourg City, SNHBM will also launch affordable housing projects in Bissen, Heiderscheid, and Sanem in 2021.

A total of 298 flats are currently being built by SNHBM in Boulevard Konrad Adenauer in Kirchberg. 100 of those flats will be used for social housing, while 200 will be sold.

On average, rent for one flat comes in at €4 per square metre. Those interested in buying a house from SNHBM will pay €3,284 per square metre – a subsidised price. The total price for one house thus varies between €450,000 and €500,000. It should be noted that the potential buyer will not become the owner of the land the house stands on.

SNHBM also builds near a place called "Kiem", also located in Kirchberg. 250 flats are currently under construction. SNHBM states that it "made sense" to build there since the capital's tramway will travel through his area at some point in the future.

Those interested in buying a flat or house from SNHBM have to submit an application to be put on one of two waiting lists.

As of 2023, SNHBM will start building 250 housing units on Boulevard J.F. Kennedy, the large majority of which will be flats destined both for sale and for being rented out. Construction work is expected to last about three and a half years.
