A similar incident occurred soon after in rue du Basse in Bergem. A driver attempted a hit-and-run after damaging another car, but was caught by the police. He tested positive for alcohol and had to hand in his license.
In Raemerich, a driver lost control over her car on a roundabout and crashed into the pavement, damaging two of her tires in the process. The police arrived at the scene soon after.
Although the driver tested positive for alcohol, her license was not revoked.
