
Early on Wednesday morning, a car crash occurred between Moutfort and Sandweiler, which left one person injured. The motorist in question lost control over his vehicle in the Sandweiler roundabout, which led to a crash that left his car flipped on its roof. Although the man was able to crawl out of the vehicle by himself, he was then brought to a hospital by a bystander. It later became clear that the driver was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash, which is why his license was revoked.
Around 7.30am, four people were injured in a two-car collision on the N7 in Mersch. Emergency services from Mersch, Lintgen, and Nordstad were called to the scene to provide assistance.

Around noon, three cars collided in Hollerich, leaving another two people injured.
In Weilerbach, two cars collided at 2pm. Three people were reportedly injured.
A cyclist was hit by a car and injured in Esch-sur-Alzette shortly before 5pm.
