Last week, the police conducted close to 400 checks of Covid measures across the country. They focused on shopping centres and their sanitary measures, as well as the curfew between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m.
145 people were fined for breaking restrictions, out of which half were related to the curfew.
Furthermore, the police awarded nine fines to people who privately met in larger groups or at sport events.
