21 people are currently quarantined in Luxembourg.
Health officials are strictly following the recommendations of the World Health Organisation. Patients who test positive for coronavirus are isolated - so far there has only been one confirmed case in the Grand Duchy.
Officials are currently not planning on cancelling large events.
Organisers of events can contact the directorate of the Ministry of Health for further information. 50 to 60 people have been tested for coronavirus as of today. The health inspectorate performs the test at the homes of the potential patients.
People who fear they might have contracted the virus are urged not to go to a general practitioner or to the emergency room. The official recommendation is to phone the health inspectorate (24 78 56 50) or call the recently created hotline.
Further information can be found on the government website, with FAQs available in English.
