2007-2017600 more medical practitioners over past decade in Luxembourg: Paulette Lenert
Although the ministry of health is unable to pinpoint the exact number for 2020, Lenert conveyed that three years ago there were 2,088 doctors in the country.
Out of these 600, 150 are general practitioners, 290 specialists, and 160 dentists. The minister of health provided these numbers as a part of her response to a parliamentary inquiry by MP Jeff Engelen (ADR):
