Call for witnessesAccident between Bettendorf and Moestroff on 3 August
A blue BMW 323 Ci Coupé with Dutch licence plates was involved in the accident, colliding with a crash barrier as well as a wall. The incident took place around 6.30 pm on the N19.

Three people were inside the vehicle at the time, but all had fled the scene before police arrived.
