The unions have issued a firm demand that their complaints be presented to the mediation commission for the first time, after waiting for three months. The union president submitted the litigation file in February.
The issue stems from a dispute between the staff representatives of the educational and psycho-social staff and SEW-OGB, and the Ministry of Education, on the treatment and tasks assigned to competence centre staff. Minister Claude Meisch signed an agreement on this with the CGFP educators’ associations.
