Police in Dudelange noticed a group of young men acting suspiciously on Avenue Grande-Duchesse Charlotte. One of the men was found with a bag of marijuana and a small set of scales.

Officers handcuffed the man and brought him to the precinct after he reacted with immense agitation. A search of the man's home, ordered by the prosecutor's office, uncovered further items, such as a number of phones, a grinder and gun cartridges.

All objects were confiscated and reports filed for violating weapon laws.

In Lamadelaine, during a routine check, police officers noticed a strong smell of marijuana emanating from a vehicle. When questioned about this, the driver relinquished a large plastic bag containing marijuana.

A further search of the car resulted in the seizure of small amounts of hashish and marijuana, as well as cash, two phones and a grinder. Officers carried out a rapid drug test, which came back positive, and ordered a blood test for the driver. A report was filed after it was further revealed that the vehicle documents were out of date.
