Launched through the government's information portal Guichet.lu, the FAQ (frequently asked questions) provides information on the rights and responsibilities held by UK citizens and their spouses and children in the case of both deal and no-deal Brexit.
The questions answers include whether or not British citizens will be allowed to continue residing and/or working in Luxembourg, apply for citizenship, or work in Luxembourg but live across one of the borders. It also provides information for third-country citizens married to a British citizen, as well as the family benefits available to British citizens working in Luxembourg but whose children do not live here.
A point that may be of importance to note is that British citizens who work in the UK but reside in another member state will need to obtain a special work permit - but the Luxembourgish government plans on issuing these permit under "simplified conditions." The actual conditions have not yet been announced, however.
The FAQ also notes that spouses of British citizens who are themselves citizens of a third country (i.e. non-EU and non-UK) will be allowed to stay in Luxembourg on the strength of their current residence document. However, their rights will "no longer be the same."
