The fairs will take place throughout the city from 16 July to 12 September, although details are still sparse and dependent on Covid measures.

Certain sites will be earmarked through the Grand Duchy's capital to house a number of "Kiermes" stalls and attractions, such as carousels, bumper cars, duck fishing and takeaway eateries. In the city centre, the areas for the fairs will be the Gëlle Fra, the Roude Pëtz, the Glacis car park and the Villa Vauban.

In the Gare district, stalls can be set up at Place de la Gare, Place des Martyrs (Rousegäertchen), and Place Jeanne d'Arc in Bonnevoie. Other sites included in the planning are Place de Roedgen in Cessange, Parc Laval in Eich, as well as Merl Park and Place Thorn.

An open-air cinema will be situated at the Glacis car park from 15 July to 1 August, followed by the "City Sounds" event (4-15 August) and "Fun um Glacis" (21 August to 12 September). Currently the council is seeking food stalls for the latter, particularly takeaway services.

Finally, the city council has appealed to proprietors of larger attractions to be spread across the city, including rides such as "Top Spin", "Break Dance", "Tagada", "Matterhorn" or  "Freefalltower", in the style of the Schueberfouer.
