François Bausch discussed a number of changes to Covid measures in the public and private sector, sports and culture.
While some restrictions are expected to be lifted, the Deputy Prime Minister mentioned the curfew in particular, currently in place from midnight to 6am.
He admitted the government had been forced to make "difficult decisions" these past few months, but remained optimistic: "Now we see the light at the end of the tunnel".
