Kuzmyn's profile recently appeared on the "EU Most Wanted" platform, which, since its launch, has helped to arrest many fugitives wanted in Europe.

Kuzmyn is wanted for his involvement in luxury car thefts in Luxembourg at the end of 2019 and is believed to be part of a major criminal organisation. The fugitive is said to use several aliases and has not been seen for some time.

The authorities report that some of his accomplices have already been arrested and are currently in detention in the Grand Duchy.

The "EU Most Wanted" platform allows anyone to report the presence of a wanted criminal in complete confidentiality.

Several of Luxembourg's most wanted fugitives have recently been arrested thanks to tips sent via the Europol website.

These include Jean-Marc Sirichai, who ended up being released by the Spanish authorities, and Cihan Guzel, who was handed over to the Luxembourg authorities in November 2019.

Another fugitive wanted by the Luxembourg authorities and part of the EU's most wanted criminals is Yeon Choy Teoh, who has been implicated in numerous cases of violent extortion. In 2003, he was involved in a gunfight which took place in a Chinese restaurant in eastern Luxembourg.
