Since April, residents of Altlinster have not been able to consume their tap water. The municipal authorities have regularly been supplying the public with recommendations on how to proceed.

The Junglinster mayoral office has been working closely with Water Management Administration officials to solve the problem, with both parties deciding to launch a chlorination programme.

A meeting for local residents is scheduled for the evening of Tuesday 10 December at Junglinster Cultural Centre. Officials hope that drinking water can be safe to consume once again before Christmas.
