Mobility Minister Yuriko Backes toured the site alongside Luxembourg's Head of State, Grand Duke Guillaume.
In a Facebook post, the minister flagged the importance of the work carried out by the Driver Training Centre (CFC), which recorded 13,000 participants over the past year.
Grand Duke Guillaume, for his part, did not stay on the side lines, but found himself in the thick of the action. A video posted on the Grand Ducal Court's Instagram page shows him behind the wheel of a car, venturing out onto the CFC's notorious skid pad.
The Grand Duke and Minister Backes were also given a tour of the centre's other facilities.
This year, the CFC is celebrating its 30th anniversary.
