The same person had already been reported an hour earlier for wandering around the neighbourhood while visibly intoxicated. When the police arrived, they spoke to the man and sent him home, as he did not show any other suspicious behaviour.
An hour later, the situation had changed drastically. Police had to detain the man and escort him to a hospital. A preliminary search of his apartment brought to light a variety of fire arms, ammunition, and knives. Police confiscated all that was found.
