RTL Today
Most of them are directly or indirectly related to the coronavirus pandemic. Further topics include schools, the Luxembourgish language and traffic.

Two petitions are concerned with government assistance during the coronavirus pandemic, and one concerns interim workers affected by the crisis. One petition requests that frontline workers should have an easier path to Luxembourgish citizenship.

Another wants obligatory UV lighting to help fight the virus in apartment buildings and offices.

A further petition would like a two-thirds majority in the Chamber in order to declare a state of emergency or make decisions on restricting constitutional rights.

There is also a petition to ban blinking bicycle lights and one to fight food waste.

One petition requests that the Luxembourgish language be given priority and another wants to change education laws to give children born between 1 and 14 September the right to start school that year and not lose a year by default.

A ban on sedation and call for a more humane health system for vulnerable people within our institutions is the final petition that went online.

You can view and sign all the petitions at the Chamber of Deputies website.
