The CFL announced at 11.10am that "emergency works" had to be carried out at Ettelbruck, which caused a disruption for train services between Mersch and Ettelbruck until 1.50pm.
CFL set up an alternative bus service for the duration of the works, but with the alert having been lifted things should be returning back to normal.
