The company works in the private equity sector. It was founded in 2019 by Luxembourgers Laurent Hengesch and Alain Wildanger. Schneider joins Georges Bock, a former managing partner of KPMG, and Serge de Cilia, a former director of the Luxembourg Banker’s Association (ABBL).
Etienne Schneider, a trained economist, served as a minister for the Luxembourg Socialist Workers’ Party (LSAP) between 2012 and 2020. In 2020, he founded his own business consultancy. He also serves on various boards (Arcelor Mittal, Besix Group, and Lux TP SA).
Following significant public backlash in the aftermath of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, the former minister resigned from the Russian Sistema Group in February.
