"Finamore Capital" is allegedly registered to an address in Route d'Arlon in Luxembourg City.
The business is not registered with the CSSF and is therefore not regulated to offer private portfolio management or investment services in Luxembourg.
The financial regulator has also warned the public to be cautious of the site "www.fsclux.lu", allegedly based at 6, Rue Léon Hengen in the capital. CSSF said that "Financial Services Commission Luxembourg" is not known to them and does not have permission to operate in the Grand Duchy's finance industry.
