Once tests and training have been completed, the first patients should be able to be tested towards the end of next week.

The Centre Hospitalier du Nord announced on Sunday morning that the first Covid-19 chest scanner is ready for use.

Patients should be able to undergo first tests once a test phase and training have been completed, which is supposed to be the case by the end of next week.

According to Minister of Health Paulette Lenert, four more identical scanners have been ordered.

The hospital in Ettelbruck will be the first to offer this service on Friday, and another three hospitals the following week.
