The Grand Ducal Fire and Rescue Corps bulletin on Wednesday morning detailed four fires which broke out throughout the country on Tuesday night.

Thankfully, there were no injuries in any of the fires. At 7.20 pm, a hedge caught fire on Rue de Kockelscheuer in Bivange, but was extinguished quickly.

After 8 pm, a fire broke out in an apartment on Rue de Chicago in Bonnevoie. The Luxembourg City fire brigade was dispatched alongside an ambulance.

At around 8.30 pm, the emergency services received reports of smoke developing on Rue Pierre Weydert in Fentange.

Finally, firefighters were deployed to extinguish a fire underneath a sewer grate on Cité Dr. Nicolas Schaeftgen in Esch-sur-Alzette.
