A fire broke out in an apartment in Moutfort on Monday night at 11.10pm. Firefighters from Moutfort, Hesperange, Dalhei, Canach, and Luxembourg City all attended the incident.
Ambulances from Luxembourg City and Bettembourg also arrived at the scene alongside the Luxembourg City and Esch-sur-Alzette first responder services, as four people were suffering from smoke poisoning.
Firefighters throughout Luxembourg had to attend to a number of other fires. In Troisvierges, a chimney caught fire at around midnight.
At 1.30am, an oven caught fire in Dommeldange. Finally, firefighters had to respond to a number of reports concerning bins on fire. These occurred in Bereldange, Kirchberg, and at Lintgen train station.
There were no injuries in these incidents.
