Weather & TrafficFriday 21 February - Is the weather's anger management working?

RTL Today
If Luxembourg's weather were your romantic partner, that person would unexpectedly go berserk, then stay grey and grumpy, maybe occasionally lighten up and fall into your arms, scream at you, kiss you, and then the next day be a red alert again.

Well, that's kind of what Luxembourg has been like for the past few weeks. After a yellow alert yesterday evening, Friday brings rays of sunshine and positive vibes - 6 hours of sunshine to be precise! Enjoy it while it lasts, however, as we can be expecting rain and wind later in the weekend.

The day will remain dry and fairly cloudy, but the sun will find its way through most of the time. On the temperature side of things, the morning balances out between 0 and 2°C, afternoon at around 4 to 6°C, and a gentle 3 to 5°C come evening. Winds are steady and calm all day.

Traffic checks

Four checks have been announced for this Friday.

One in the morning:

  • Allée Léopold Goebel in Luxembourg City

And three in the afternoon:

  • Pietert in Grevenmacher;
  • Rue de Wiltz (N12) in Grosbous;
  • Route de Garnich in Holzem.

Safe travels!
