From this Sunday on, 4 August, the changes to traffic in Luxembourg City will take place, and affect both cyclists and motorized traffic.
Access to rue Notre-Dame will be moved to rue Chimay near the Hotel Cravat, while rue Philippe II will only reach boulevard Roosevelt (with possibility of turning towards Place de Bruxelles and place de la Constitution).
The parking strips will be converted into delivery zones and taxi zones on both sides of the rue Notre-Dame up to the section between rue Philippe II and rue Chimay.
Cyclists can access the rue Notre-Dame from boulevard Roosevelt via rue Philippe II and rue Chimay. A bike lane will be provided for as well.
Further information including a detailed map of the affected zone can be found here.
