According to Adem, the country lacks experts in green finance. Similarly, there is a need for more experts in the preservation of historic sites and landmarks in the private banking sector. In terms of investing, experts in the management of alternative funds will be high in demand. Adem also expects that more people will be needed to analyse regulation conformity in the financial sector.
As digitalisation advances, the IT sector will also grow in importance, the studies noting: “It will be necessary to educate users in terms of security and the safe storing of data.”
Adem also identified the potential for hybrid positions to be established in the near future, meaning that employees will equally rely on their “expertise, digital knowledge, and ability to solve problems online.”
