Wiseler considers the level of trust in the vaccine shocking and believes that efforts need to be reinforced to make up for the delays that have already occurred: "I don't understand how the government could have missed the opportunity of informing the public on the nature of the vaccine, launching a sensitivity campaign, and building the necessary trust in the process. I also suppose that there are too many administrative struggles, which make it difficult to access the vaccine in the first place and explain the 31% participation rate."
Wiseler also emphasised that these problems need to be resolved before the next phase of the vaccination process is launched, which will focus on the wider population of the country: "People need to know well in advance when to expect their invitations. More transparency will increase trust and the participation rate in the long run. And I am certain people will show understanding if an appointment needs to be rescheduled because the vaccine deliveries are late."
