According to the Ministry of Health and Social Affairs, the Pension Fund's indirect investments in Elon Musk's space company amount to 6 million euros.

The Fund invests the money through its Société d'Investissement à Capital Variable – Fonds d'Investissement Spécialisé, or "SICAV-FIS" for short. A good 5 million are placed across three global equity sub-funds, two passive and one that is actively managed.

Just under a million was placed in a passive bond compartment.

Health minister Martine Deprez confirmed this information in response to a parliamentary question submitted by Pirate MP Marc Goergen.

SpaceX went public on 12 June this year.
