Currently, the former blast furnace site due to become the Square Mile neighbourhood is a massive construction site, but progressing well. The site will be transformed into a commercial hub, including skyscrapers with offices, commercial businesses, and apartments over ten blocks. The current car park on the site is due to be moved away, bit by bit, Agora president Frank Vansteenkiste explained.
The firm stated that it had already sold a number of buildings in Belval, describing last year as a record year.
For now, Agora is planning apartment blocks, offices, laboratories, and detached homes in order to make the area more lively. The Micheville road link is also due to be completed in three years time, which will allow motorists to bypass the Raemerich roundabout when arriving from the A4.
