Profits made from the sale of food and drinks will be donated entirely to the municipality's solidarity fund.

Echternach is one of the towns most severely affected by the recent floods. Three weeks later, clearing operations are still ongoing, but many of the damages are barely noticeable by now.

Organisers of the annual e-Lake festival, initially planned for two days, wanted to use the opportunity of the concerts to help raise money for the town. Frank Rippinger explained: "The floods shook us and we thought it is necessary to give locals back a little hope, which is why we added the charity event at the end of the concert."

Although live shows were free of charge, organisers used food and drinks at the event to help raise money for flood victims. All benefits will be donated to the town of Echternach.
