On Monday, a 38-year-old Luxembourgish woman was mugged of her winnings after visiting a casino in Trier. She left the casino just before 1 AM and was followed by two men.
The men stopped her by her car and one of the men threatened her at knife point, ordering her to give him her money. The man spoke English with a Turkish accent.
The other man snatched the woman's smartphone out of her hand. She drove home, but only contacted the police on Wednesday.
