Luxembourg's public transport services will be free from 16 to 22 September, the Ministry of Mobility announced earlier this Tuesday.
Planning on hopping on a bus, train, or tram during that period? You'll be able to indulge in environmentally-friendly transportation without having to open your wallet.
The decision comes in the context of the European Mobility Week, which is a campaign to promote sustainable mobility to urban residents in particular.
Luxembourg's Transport Federation encourages the public to "take full advantage of this initiative to attend events and activities organised by your municipality" on those dates.
Quick reminder: public transport will be made free altogether in Luxembourg on 1 March 2020.
