Incitement to hatredMan fined €750 for hate speech against refugee children

RTL Today
Back in September 2015, the defendant wrote that children of refugees are beating up and stealing from Luxembourgish children.

The man was sentenced to a €750 fine in Luxembourg's Court of Appeal on Tuesday afternoon. In January 2018, he had been sentenced to a €2000 fine. The case had to be reopened because the Court of Cassation annulled the sentence of the Court of Appeal over undefined temporal circumstances.

The defendant wrote, among other things, that the children of refugees were beating up Luxembourg's children, stealing from them, and selling drugs. He accused the authorities of inaction.
