Attack in Luxembourg CityMan stabbed with knife after refusing to hand over money

The police have detailed information about an incident involving a stabbing near the Luxembourg City train station on Tuesday evening.

An injured man entered the police station near the train station in Luxembourg City at around 7.40 pm on Tuesday. He told police officers he had been stabbed by another man after a fight.

The man had been in a bar when a man approached him and told him to give him his money. He refused to do so and was followed to the train station by the stranger, who threatened him with a knife. The two men got into the same bus and ended up fighting. When both men got off the bus, the stranger stabbed the man with a knife.

The police immediately called an ambulance for the victim and launched a search operation for the perpetrator. They were unable to immediately locate the attacker.
