After a short snowfall on 8 December, it seems that snow may make its return to Luxembourg on Sunday.
Indeed, Météolux is predicting snowfall mixed with rain for the whole day on Sunday. Temperatures will be between -1 and 2°C which suggests that the snow will not stay for long.
The meteorological station further announced strong winds, and forecast gusts of up to 75 km/h. Therefore, Météolux issued both a snow warning and a strong wind warning and put Luxembourg on yellow alert. They will be valid from 6 am to 10 pm on Sunday.
Météolux believes these conditions should last until Monday.
