The weather continues to be all over the place in Luxembourg: Following the recent heat wave, this week started off with rain and significantly lower temperatures, and now it seems that Wednesday is likely to be a mixed bag as well.
In fact, Meteolux has issued a nationwide yellow alert, valid between 2 pm and 10 pm, because of "thunderstorm risks that could locally lead to heavy rainfall in a short amount of time".
Drivers on Luxembourg's roads are thus advised to be cautious, as heavy precipitation can lead to slippery roads.
The weather will remain cloudy on Thursday, with the occasional rainfall to be expected locally. After that, the sky should become a little bit clearer while temperatures are also expected to rise slightly.
