After days of heavy rain, the Water Management Administration has confirmed that the river's maximum level was reached on the night of Saturday to Sunday.
The decline in the river levels will continue throughout the day on Sunday. The Moselle may, however, maintain a tendency to flood in the event of unfavourable weather conditions.
