Water measuring stations have noted increases of 3 centimetres per hour in Grevenmacher and 2 per hour in Remich. The flood monitoring service expects levels to continue rising through to Sunday morning.
Levels will likely reach a maximum of 5.70 metres on Sunday, respectively 4.74 metres in Remich.
