When the emergency services from Mertert-Grevenmacher arrived in Wasserbillig, they found that a motorist had lost control of his vehicle in a left turn, which is why he first hit a street sign and then the facade of a family home.
The driver of the vehicle sustained light injuries and was taken to the hospital in an ambulance. The police also intervened and the site of the incident was cleared again about an hour later.
