A fire broke out in woodland in Haller's 'Haardhaff' necessitating the mobilisation of multiple fire brigades. A vegetation fire occurred in Munshausen,, while other fires were reported in Mondercange and Cruchten, where a compost heap caught fire. In Strassen, smoke emanated from a kitchen, requiring emergency assistance.
A car also caught fire on the N28 between Oetrange and Sandweiler, and authorities were alerted to a waste fire on the CR147 between Canach and Bicherhaff.
In Dudelange, a pedestrian was hit by a car on Rue du Centenaire.
According to the CGDIS report, no one was injured in any of the above incidents.
