The landslide made the road unsafe and at risk of further landslides from the unstable slope. The roads and bridges authority closed the N10 between Wasserbillig and the junction to join the A1 completely to traffic while it fixed the issue.
The authority managed to safely secure the slope, reopening the road on Wednesday.
