After stealing from their victim, the two suspects fled the scene, causing police to launch a search. Shortly afterwards the perpetrators were discovered attempting to mug a second victim in the vicinity.
Officers succeeded in catching one of the perpetrators, while the other managed to escape. The public prosecutor’s office ordered the man’s arrest and he was brought before magistrates on Friday morning.
An investigation has been launched in order to locate the second suspect.
