A police patrol happened to cross the group on a country lane after 6pm, where five people had gathered despite the guidelines.
When the group spotted the police, they mounted their bicycles and attempted to disperse in different directions - which resulted in a collision between the police vehicle and one of the cyclists.
The cyclist suffered minor injuries in the fall. Officers treated him on the spot and called for an ambulance.
A warning was issued as instructed by the public prosecutor's office. Police have also launched an investigation following the incident.
