The quarter "Op Lenkeschléi" has been in development for a few years now, with around 250 new housing units in construction, both apartments and single houses. They will welcome some 600 new citizens into the southern town.

The new school opened its door to students a few days ago with a new concept combining school and maison relais. The kindergarten will open in autumn.

120 students attend the school while 90 are registered at the maison relais. They are looked after by around 40 teachers and other personnel working together in teams.

The new building cost 16 million Euros for a total surface of around 5,000 square meters over 10 classrooms and 13 multi--purpose rooms for all sorts of activities. The library has already proven very popular with the children.
