EducationOnline project to make up for time lost in class due to pandemic

The association of Immigrant Workers (Asti) has brought to life a new online project that is designed to help pupils who struggle after schools remained shut during the lockdown.

The association stressed that children who are struggling at school due to the lockdown measures must receive support. This holds particularly true if the young pupils cannot receive learning support from their parents or other relatives at home. Asti therefore launched a new online project for primary school pupils in Luxembourg City.

The project is hoped to give pupils the opportunity to revise the material that was taught during the school year in a playful manner. Children can also hone their speaking and writing skills during the summer months.

Pupils who attend a primary school ("cycle 1" included) in Luxembourg City can benefit from the initiative.
